ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR SCIENTIFIC SESSION

Format of Abstracts:
Title: Brief and explicit as possible. Avoid use of abbreviations.
Name(s) of Author(s): Maximum six authors. Type the complete name(s) of all author(s). Mention institutional affiliation of author(s).
Corresponding Author: Identify a corresponding author and mention the e-mail id. All communication will be made to the corresponding author only.
Abstract Text: Limit the text to 300 words. A 12 point font, times new roman, 6 lines per inch, should be used. Prepare a structured abstract with following five sub-headings (indicating in bold and arranging your content as specified).
Background: provide the context of your research problem/issue; research question/hypothesis if any;
Objectives: State the specific purpose of the study as clearly as possible; Methods: mention the essential components- study design, subjects, sampling, tools/techniques, analysis etc; Results: provide salient findings in summary form;
Conclusion: write an interpretative inference based on the findings and recommendation if any.
Always define abbreviations/acronyms (if used) including standard measures. Each abstract must be complete i.e. it must include all information necessary for its comprehension and not refer to another text.
Notification of acceptance: Abstracts requiring modification for acceptance shall be intimated within 5 days of receipt. Notification of abstract status and detailed instructions will be sent to the corresponding author through email. The scientific committee will decide whether the accepted abstract will be considered for Oral or Poster presentation. The complete schedule of all abstract presentations will be finalised by 15th February 2025.
Presenting Author: Only one of the author(s) will be allowed to present. Presenting author must register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee. Presenting author will be given the certificate of presentation.
